Upon collection of the motorhome, a deposit of €900 is held on a VISA or Mastercard credit card (American Express is not accepted). The deposit is returned the day after the vehicle is returned, once it has been checked and found to be in perfect condition.

The deposit is 40% of the total hire cost. It can be paid by bank transfer or by card through our website. The balance is payable before collecting the motorhome.

Yes, with the following charges applied to the deposit: more than 30 days before departure, 50%; between 30 and 16 days, 80%; less than 16 days, 100%. You may optionally take out ARAG cancellation insurance.

Yes, subject to prior enquiry and express authorisation. A €50 supplement applies for specialist cleaning. Failure to disclose pets may result in a €100 charge.

Collections are between 8:00 and 12:00, and returns between 14:00 and 18:00, unless otherwise agreed. Unauthorised late returns are charged at €30/hour.

It should be returned clean inside, with the toilet cassette and waste water tanks emptied, and with a full fuel tank. Failure to comply will result in a €100 deduction from the deposit for cleaning, and missing diesel is charged at €2.40/litre.

You must immediately inform the police and the hire company. Obtain all details from the other party and witnesses, and complete the European Accident Statement. Hand in the completed form when returning the vehicle.

You may stay at designated motorhome areas, campsites and permitted zones. There are mobile apps that show you the best spots. Avoid motorway service areas for safety reasons.

Yes. A 5% discount for hires of 8 to 14 days and a 10% discount for 15 days or more.

It is an optional ARAG insurance that reimburses cancellation costs if you need to cancel your trip for justified reasons (illness, hospitalisation, redundancy, etc.). It must be taken out at the time of booking or within 7 days thereafter.
